I bought the car used with 3 new Toyo and 1 Rapid. After checking cost to replace the Rapid I can see why!! This tyre was more expensive in that size 225/50R17 than Continental, Pirelli and a host of others. Replaced it anyway. Ride was harsh, tyre noisy, so so grip in the dry and dreadful and dangerous in the wet even on a AWD car. To add insult to injury I had a blowout when coming to a stop at less than 10km/hr in the main tread along the tread groove. No sharp object seen or recovered. After removing the tyre the cut went outwards not inwards. Toyo no good re warranty. I removed all tyres and replaced with another brand due to fear of another unprovoked blowout. Toyo NEVER NEVER again! Good luck if you drive on them this is my first blowout like this in 60 years of driving.

Have tried a number of brands and the Toyo Proxies C100+ on Falcons are smoother, quieter, more responsive and last longer. Was recomended them by a local tyre retailer. He quoted the above benefits and offered to swap them if I wasn't happy - I didn't have to swap them! Will certainly buy again.

LOUD, only way to describe them. They are terrible tyres, dangerous in the wet with under steer at low speeds. Track badly which make them dangerous on the highway in the wet. Have rotated several times with no change. Recommended by salesman who said ‘they are better than Michelins’. Will be replacing with Michelins soon.

Good looking tyre, decent wear. Good dry performance but pretty poor wet performance. Were relatively cheap, so overall decent value for money. Just don't push it too hard in wet bends!

Brought these as a replacement for OEM Bridgestone Potenza's. Made the mistake of not getting run flats, overall they are a good budget tyre & pass in wet / dry conditions. Definitely not a performance tyre & I would not recommend driving hard on these. If you are a safe driver they will suit you fine. Although if your driving a BMW without a spare tyre make sure you get run-flats.

Good all-round tyre..Tyres today need to be rotated every 5,000 ks as most cars are front-wheel driven. Hopefully will get 35,000 + out of these Toyo Tyres

Overall a good tyre and good value for money, but the performance in wet weather is a deal breaker for me. I lose traction on wet roads every time I turn at over 20km an hour....

Great comfort, but with a Turbo Falcon, they are no good. Absolutely dangerous in the wet, 2 times overtaking in mild wet and losing traction. But they are comfy and have lasted pretty well. If you have 300rwkw and up, STEER CLEAR!
