Kenda KLEVER R/T KR601 Reviews

These tyres have taken me all over Cape York and to the very tip of Australia, throughout the Victorian high country, and a few trips to the sand dunes in Robe - I am extremely impressed with the performance of these tyres off-road in the various terrains. The R/T's perform very well on the freeways, and give much better performance and traction in the wet compared to M/T's. Once these tyres are due for replacing, I'll be buying the same again. Very happy.

I became familiar with Kenda tyres having used them on my dirt bike...I found the Carlsbad incredible! When looking to replace my 4x4 tyres, the option of an RT was a pleasant surprise as I wanted a tough tyre that would be confident on road, gravel, mud and occasional snow. My first trip away on the KR601's was into the Victorian high country - I typically take the hard way in which in winter, starts off on the highway before hitting a long stretch on potholed gravel and eventual snow. This particular run saw the road completely white-out with a good 15cm of fresh snow and some ice - The KR's did everything so well that I actually had a relaxed yet slow drive in without that nervous feeling. Having peace of mind is a total asset and the Kenda KR601's are just that.

Amazing tyres. Quiet and great grip off road and on tarmac. Very good in wet on roads. Nothing it can’t do off road. For the price. Nothing can compete. I’ve had other expensive AT tyres that are nowhere near as good. After 20000km. They still look in new condition.

Was pleased to find the Kenda brand had what I was looking for. It suited all my needs, wants and price point. Having them on long enough now I can honestly say that the Kenda R/T601’s are the best tyre I’ve had on my Ranger. Highly recommended!

simple words: 35 inch skinny offroading tyres. No cop issue, and forget fatty tryes, this is the best on paper, so in the bush.

Had them in for about a year. The tyre wear seems pretty good at the moment.

Love these tyres. We have them on our Ford Ranger, which we often take to the High Country in Victoria, through some pretty challenging terrain. They perform great on and off road.
