Better wearing than the Pirelli tyres that were on the car, Falken have lasted longer and performed above expectations. Very good handling in wet or dry conditions. Only had to brake hard twice in four years, once at 110kph, no drama. Outstanding stopping power, no skid. Fantastic tyres and still good after four years and 52000km

I used this tire as it was cheap. However, identified within a week it was too dangerous to use on wet roads especially skids during start/stop. Replaced with better brand tires. Better to pay a bit more and drive with good tires for safety.

Handled everything I've thrown at them from city/highway driving to mountain road abuse and laps around Lakeside Raceway. Handles as well as you'd expect on dirt/gravel. Traction is still there when you think it's broken. Pros: Wears well depending on driving, pulled 95,000km out of my rear ones. Plenty of grip for most driving. Reasonable price point. Never let me down even when on their last legs. Cons: Squeals relatively easily, probably more to do with driving style. Traction breaks easily on takeoff in city conditions even at low RPM.

Fitted these to my 2000 BMW E36 Compact. So far they're performing well in both wet and dry conditions ....... Much better than the Continental ContiContacts that they replaced, Much greater directional stability and they don't let go on the wet corners and roundabouts. No need to slow to an almost crawl as before. Needless to say performance in dry conditions is even better again. Quiet running, grippy tyres. Love them. Obviously, tyre life may be shorter (don't know yet) but, hey, that's often the trade-off, no sense buying tyres that last forever and slide all over the road .... And outlive you!!

Seems like a good hardwearing tire, and should last a while. Makes parking a lot easier. Smooth, nice and quiet but I don't notice a lot of extra grip in corners so have to be a bit careful and not push them too hard. Have not tried them in the wet but believe they are good.

Smooth & quiet which is great as the MX5 is very sensitive to road noise. Very secure on dry roads, not quite as grippy as the factory Yokahamas in the wet but pretty close. And substantially cheaper.
