My buying criteria in order of importance is Wet performance, dry performance and tread wear - these tyres did not do well in any of these areas. I will definitely not recommend it to anyone.

Five weeks ago, we had the misfortune of a blow-out, apparently from weak side-walls of the tyre. It had a split 1/3 of the way around the tyre. A further 15 kms on, I fortunately stopped and heard a loud hissing noise from the other front tyre. Upon removal of the tyre, it was found to have a 30cm split on its side wall. Fortunately, we had stopped or another blow-out would have occurred. Tyres had only travelled around 35,000 kms and on approaching the distributors were told there was no claim due to low inflation of tyres. I am a professional driver and have travelled millions of kms in both cars and heavy vehicles, so am very aware of checking my tyres. We had the remaining two tyres checked by our tyre distributor, and it was confirmed that they were correct at 36 psi. I normally travel on car tyres between 34 and 38 psi. These ratings are above the requirement of the tyres involved, yet they show acute shoulder wear indicating under-inflation, instead of central wear for over-inflation. Five weeks on, we still have no satisfaction, on the claim of the tyre, nor have they bothered to check the side walls of the remaining two tyres. We consider this to show an acute lack of responsibility. In the five weeks of this matter, we have had to chase up every staff member from the CEO down, and still waiting.

I fitted these tyres for a road trip around Australia after reading positive reviews about comfort and particularly tread wear. While happy with ride and performance I have found that after only 13,000ks the tyres are 90% worn and I will be lucky if they go to 20,000 before being unsafe.  I have had them looked at by a tyre expert who agrees it is not a pressure or alignment issue so it points to being a very poor tyre.  I would not recommend these tyres to anyone and will never fit them again
