Great tyre, perfect for off road use while still having plenty of grip on road in all conditions, they are also surprisingly quite for a mud tyre! The nittos are a tough as nails tyre and look the part, would 100% buy them again.

Great tyre off road, crawls beautifully on rocks and dry shaley hills. Great in the wet, not much sliding around at all. Pretty quiet highway driving for a mud tyre. Would buy again because of the price but prefer Maxxis Razrs!

I drove on these tyres mostly around the vic high country and found they performed very well off-road and were better than previous tyres I’ve had in the wet. The positive they wear evenly when rotated, are brilliant in the wet, love the mud, they were the best on the market at the time of purchase, they handle well on road they have a very aggressive look to them and they handle well on gravel. The negative they wore down quite quickly even with often wheel alignments, they got noisy when they started to wear down, they chop out of not rotated every 5-10 thousand kms. All in all a great tyre I would definitely buy again b

Great looking aggressive tyres, have lasted me well both driving to the city for work as well as going off-road with my mates. Would love it if they made a 285/70/17, as 295s are going to cost me more money to try and run them. Very happy with Nitto.

Excellent tyres, the tread hardens towards the end of their life around the 50k mark ( which makes them a bit slippery on bitumen in the wet). However when new you have extreme dry weather grip for cornering you can really throw it around on the bitumen, Then take it off road and know you can get anywhere. I have noticed that when the tyres get hard the tread tears a lot easier and the side wall usually gets a bit easier to puncture. ( keep in mind I drive through pine forest and natural bush so lots of dry wood tree spikes). I have now lost two tyres to sidewall puncturing. But never before the tyres had done 50,000km so I am very happy with these tyres and would recommend to everyone. I have just bought a different brand hoping to find the perfect tyre. I have now had two sets of nitto trail grappler and they are great tyres 265/70/17

Have trail grapplers on my landcruiser, and despite the vehicle being well on the hefty side, they have more than lived up to expectation, often surprising me as to how well they even wet, slick terrain. I've also found them to be a very tough tyre, had pressures right down and driven roughly, never debeaded or had a puncture. On road they as good as I would expect from a mud tyre. Probably the only downside i would consider would be the weight - but thats the price you pay for a tough tyre.
