They have swiftly become my tyre of choice. Over the years, I've used various semi-slicks, road tyres, and even competition slicks, but these take the crown—based purely on their quiet performance. The tyre walls are notably rigid a characteristic I think is underemphasised. They deliver the grip of a semi, yet spare me the notorious drone that typically accompanies them. They won't be as good as a competition slick but they're not meant to be. The wet grip of these tyres surpasses that of the AD08. They offer good cornering performance, albeit with slightly less emphasis on straight-line traction. While they may not quite rival the Michelin Sport in terms of absolute wet grip however they will get you out of trouble.
