Towed an off road caravan around Australia, dirt gravel sand etc. Plenty of creeks and fairly tough roads without the van and the tyres never missed a beat. No punctures but a couple of cuts in the rubber. 90000ks and have just put a new set on.

The first 30,000, would have rated the tyres much higher. The 2nd 30,000 they suffered quite bad heal toeing, which caused a lot of road noise at speed and judder at low speed. Off road have been great, good on sandy beaches and the rocky Flinders. Float a bit on standard dirt roads. Requires 40+ PSI on a GVM upgraded LC200. On road when towing a 2.5T van .... fine in the dry. Takes you closer to god in the wet. Aqua planing on the Hume is not fun.

Had these fitted in 2018 so were the US made version of the tyres. Have been great tyres - have done the Oodnadatta track 3 times, Simpson desert, Flinders ranges, high country Vic, Outback NSW and many other places in between. Had an unfortunate side wall tear open in the flinders ranges but apart that that they have been great tyres on the Prado. They were decent value for money at the time. I’ve done 80,000km on them so far and could probably push them another 30,000km if I really wanted to, but will probably replace in the next year. It will be interesting to see what the replacement cost is when it comes time to fit new ones to see if these still present good value for money.

Absolutely pathetic tyres. This is my second set, the first I done roughy 70000 and they just went hard and that’s to be expected, always were shit in the wet but over all was happy, the next set absolute disgrace, 35000 and they are completely worn to the point I’ve had a flat just from splitting across the tyre and the rest are nearly completely bald, always checked tyre pressures and rotated also, the quality is so bad now. Do not get these l. Bf Goodrich needs to give them selves a good uppercut.

Good reliable Tyres. A mix of casual offroad driving in mainly sand. A bit of gravel roads. Plenty of country doad driving. Good in most conditions if tyre pressure is correct. Only complaint is that they are terrible in damp or wet conditions on bitumen, therefore struggle to recommend them to another driver.

This is the easiest tyre to review on the market... is it good off-road, on rough terrain, and getting me to any spot I want to go, absolutely! Is the noise and highway comfort ok, yep, for an A/T it is fine. But the wet weather performance, even on barely damp tarmac, is so bad that I could never recommend someone buy them and would only get these again for a purpose built off-road rig.

Toured over most of Western Australia with this tyre, great performer with no punctures. Wear is extremely good. Travelled 75000km and still have about 15000 left. Recommend this tyre - make sure you're getting the USA built KO2s though.

Absolutely love these tyres. They've been all over Australia on our old Ranger. I've fitted them on our new Everest and I am still loving them. They look tough and aggressive and perform magnificently. Lots of shocking reviews on them, I couldn't disagree more.

If I had known how badly these tires performed in wet weather I would never had bought them. This is wet weather on bitumen. It is so bad that I have to consciously drive differently around corners, especially round a bouts, otherwise it feels as though the car will spin off the road. And it doesn't have to be that wet... hugely disappointing. I will not let my wife drive it in the wet!

I’ve had these ko2’s for roughly 2 years and I would never by them again. These tires were alright for the first 10000km but once they got past that mark they started becoming very very noisy and very slippery when wet, they would break traction every time I take off from a red light and sudden breaking. With dry performance they do satisfactory and they are a good off-road tire but would not recommend on the road as they could cost someone’s life in wet conditions.

Don’t wear anywhere near as well as they used to. Dangerous in the wet, not for the inexperienced driver. Have gone from well priced top quality to overpriced poor tyres.
