Key Features

  • HEAT DIFFUSER TECHNOLOGY - In the lower sidewall dissipates heat to protect the internal tyre components. Keeping this critical area of the tyre cool ensures vehicle stability even when towing or carrying heavy loads.
  • 3D CANYON SIPE TECHNOLOGY - Interlocks the shoulders to resist wear from high torque as well as providing additional handling stability.
  • RUGGED AND RIGID TREAD BLOCKS - Feature support ramps and step?down features that provide tread pattern rigidity in the contact patch, enhancing vehicle stability and handling while also preventing stones from becoming trapped in the grooves.
  • AGGRESSIVE UPPER SIDEWALL - Along with offset shoulder blocks protect the tyre from sharp rocks and provide additional off-road traction at low tyre pressures or in off-camber situations.

I put these tyres on a few months back. It’s been a back and forth to the tyre shop rotating and re balancing, replacing rims to stop shudder at rear at around 90-100km. Finally working out the tyres had a defect in rear left. This is where my gripe starts. Customer service from Falkland is pathetic. I don’t care how great the reviews are on the tyre I will never touch another Falken Tyre purely on their customer service. Your product is only as good as your after sales service and they have a lot to learn.

I put 80,000km on the Falken Wildpeaks in about 2.5 years and they were great. Dry weather they stuck and held the road great. Wet weather I don't think they ever came loose. Offroad and gravel was great too but obviously not amazing in mud. The only problem I could find is they don't come in LT in my tyre size, and there seems to be less tread depth on the outside lugs compared to the inside, which is noticeable even on a new tyre. I ran about 36-38psi cold most of the time, at the end of their life the tread was gone on the outside, but plenty left on the inside. Replaced with Maxxis Razr AT811 to try something different and the Maxxis aren't as good, mainly with road holding, the Maxxis seem to move and squirm under the car which the Falkens didn't.

Had the wildpeaks for 20,000km, really good performance onroad and offroad. Only fault is they are getting slightly noisy. Dry: Can't fault them on the road. Wet: Very good in the wet, have full confidence around corners and have never had an issue. Noise: Getting a little bit noisy now after a year - but nowhere near as noisy as the Duelers were previously. Offroad: Haven't let me down yet. Aggressive tread has been great on bush tracks, but we have not been into a whole lot of mud yet so can't comment on that. Have not damaged them yet. Wear: Only just starting to wear slightly after 20,000km. Very impressed and I expect they'll last another 40,000. Value: Pretty great value for what they are, and about 20% cheaper than the KO2s

Done 20,000km of road trips and 4wding with the Wildpeaks, and they haven't let me down so far. Brilliant off-road, although we've mostly done coastal 4x4 tracks and beach - yet to test them in mud and slippery terrain. Surprisingly quiet on the road with such an aggressive tread. Heaps of tread left. Can't fault them so far

These are my second set of Falken AT3W ! Tough tyres with great wearing ability excellent off road and bloody good in mud. Highway travel they are reasonably quiet, comfortable and have grip. The look is great. My Triton is stock standard regarding suspension etc. Overall my Falken AT3W's performed how they look, great !

I've found these tyres to be great in all circumstances. I don't 4x4 alot, but lots of gravel roads and lots of towing. Never had any issues and always felt confident with them. They are quiet and smooth. I'm at 55000km with 2mm tread left. Estimate I'll get 65000-70000 km out of them. 2 years ago I bought these tyres buy 3 get 1 free, all fitted for a great price. Today's market 4 tyres will cost you roughly 60% more without a buy one get one deal. If money wasn't a concern I'd buy these again in a heartbeat. Probably still better value in the long run than the cheap Chinese brands.

First up these are not the LT version. Happy with the wildpeaks so far. They are as good or better than the dunlop GT AT22 they replaced except for road noise, there is a slight hum but nothing that would really bother you. Handling and comfort is as good as the dunlops, off road and wet roads the falkens are much better. A solid all terrain tyre.

Love this tyre. Considerably better than my previous set of Toyo Open Country AT2 that were like ice skates in the wet, even with over 50% rubber left on them. Replaced them with the Wildpeaks based on a mates recommendation, as I have a son learning to drive and didn't have confidence with the old set in the wet at all . The Wildpeaks have been great, but the noticeable wear has shocked me. Only done approx 20k on em with city /highway driving mostly. I am not a lead foot by any means and have driven the vehicle the same way since I've owned it, and have not had issues with the rear tyres wearing this quickly before. Overall, love the tyre but not the wear. Soft compound = grip, but wear is the issue on my vehicle.

I previously had the Cooper AT3’s which rode very rough and extremely slippery in the wet. I upgraded to the Falken Wildpeaks and by far the best all terrain tyres I’ve ever owned. They are incredibly comfortable(but I did go from 60 to 65 profile), literally zero road noise, better in the wet than the Coopers were in the dry. They are an aggressive looking tyre which is a real bonus. 100% buying these tyres again.

The first 3 weeks I owned these tires I put 5000kms on them. Did Fraser Island they performed awesome in the sand around 15 to 20psi. I found the tires really good in the wet on the tar compared to other tires I've owned. I found them not to good with wet clay but still went pretty good in light mud and snow. So as an all round tire I'd say I'll be definitely purchasing them again very happy.
