Yokohama Geolandar A/T-S G012 Reviews

I bought these second hand with around 60% tread left The previous hated them so much complaining that they were useless off road on his patrol. I have found them to be quite capable off road at the right tyre pressures even climbing large wet rock steps. On road they are pretty good better then the coopers I had on With around the same tread level. If I push them in the wet like most all terrain tyres will on road you will break traction nature of the beast. Dry weather they handle great hooking into corners at speed they give me plenty of confidence. They are starting to show age with the cracking between lugs but I wouldn’t say they’ve gone hard and loosing grip. Road noise is good never really hear them. As an all round all terrain that’s not a super aggressive one they are great and would recommend them to anyone for touring or like mine a touring slash work horse. I will run these tyres down to the minimum tread before I replace them and definitely will consider buying a new set.

Ive run 2 sets of these tyres so far and they are great in the dry and the wet, work well in the gravel, sand and snow roads, not the best in mud but i dont run the tyres for serious off roading. If you spend most of your time on the tarmac I would definatly recommend a set of these tyres for your car with the added confidence that they work well on gravel, sand and snow.

They have been very good on and off the road, they where on the car when I bought it, but they have feathered wear possibly due to wrong Tyre pressure from previous owner. Love the look of them but wish they had white writing on the side as I love that look but wouldn't stop me from getting another set

I actually have them on now but I had them on before these ones and quiet like them,so that's why I want to go back to yokohama again.I got good mileage out of them,they were good in the wet and good off road. They are very good value for money and I would recommend them to friends

I received these wheels and tyres from a friend with about 1000ks on them. Compared to the stock tyres, On road performance was hugely improved, off road they have been hard wearing and provided plenty of grip over multiple terrains. The wear rate has been excellent. As they are my first set of A/Ts I cannot compare them to other brands but when it comes time to replace this set, they will definitely be on the list!

Absolutely brilliant All Terrain for the casual off-roader. Handle as good as HT treads on the black-top with the ability to grip well in the dirt. Currently have 65,000kms with another 10,000km left on them. Awesome value for those wanting a 70/30 road/off-road tyre.

These tyres are an awesome tyre as an all terrain especially good on wet roads but also dirt roads and in the sand nothing I can possibly fault as of yet.
