Great on and off road. Ive been driving off road in extreme four wheel driving and these tyres are brilliant. Ive used them on sand dunes in Anna Bay NSW. I was able to reduce the tyres to 15psi for extreme sand grip. Couldn't fault them on sand. I've done super muddy tracks on the Southern Highlands and struggled to get bogged. Desert driving is a bliss as these tyres soak up corrugations and have great grip on the fine Aussie red dust in our great outback. Its a good feeling having reliable tyres that you can trust. I take my wife and young kids four wheel driving and I need to trust and depend on my tyres to keep us safe. BF's are safe and grippy on wet paved roads and oily intersections. Being an All Terrain tyre you need to find a tyre with the right compound that is safe on all road surfaces and conditions and I believe the BF's are the perfect formula for this. I tow a 2.5 ton caravan and these tyres are weight rated to do this. Many people forget about towing when choosing tyres. Ive had Kumho tyres before but find BF Goodrich much better quality and much more durable in tread wear. Im wanting to get a set of Cooper STT PRO but I'm hesitant due to loving these BF's so much. I've been using BF's for over 15 years now. I know I should try something new but I'm scared of regretting the change. As they say "why fix something that's not broken"!!!! I feel that the price should be reduced by 25% to make it great value for money; after all its just a lump of rubber and metal string. Right? Wrong! Theres a lot of engineering involved in these tyres to make them perfect so I guess they are price according to the competition. This is truly a case of "you get what you pay for". I would buy these tyres again and again as I have done for the past 15 years. I cant recommend any other tyre like I do with the BF's. I have not been paid for this review. Its truly how I feel.

As i use my vehicle for all round use, i am very happy with the on and off road performance of these tyres. They have stood up to the harsest of conditions and also been alternatively great on road. The wear is considerable as I have done 80k on these tyres and just coming up to replacement now. Would recommend and buy these again my self.

Excellent on and off road .. phenomenal and confident tyre in the Dry & Wet ... Really good tyres to tow with . Easily balanced and keep their balance well. Good in ALL conditions, Rocks, Mud, Gravel Dirt and Blacktop. Seriously can't fault them.

These tyres came standard with the car and as my first dual cab (I’ve normally owned LC200, Prado, Pajero wagons) I was told that it’s a little loose in the rear on wet roads. I’ve had a mix of ATs and off-road tyres before but these are by far the worst in the wet. It’s not just the tail but I get under steer and all four wheels slipping to the point of being dangerous. In the dry and off-road it’s a different story. I couldn’t be happier with the wear and grip but in the wet a totally different story. I think I’ll go back to my Nittos, Coopers or Pirellis.

I'd heard many a good thing about these tyres pre-purchasing, but always iffy over the price point. Once I took that leap and got them, wow! I wish I'd bought them sooner! Excellent daily wheels, road noise is pretty minimal considering, and once I hit the tracks? Let some air out and I'm happy as a pig in mud with those tyres! For All Terrain tyres, they certainly tick all the boxes, after 20000km wear has been minimal and their grip just as good as the day they went on. When the day comes to renew, they're my first choice just in a bigger size!

I bought the KO2s on the basis of my excellent experience I had with my KOs, which were fitted when the car was new, and I got almost 80,000 km out of: boy was that a mistake! After the KOs I went to Dick Cepek A/Ts, which were a much harder light truck tyre, noisy, but reliable and very safe. The car pitches and rolls on the KOs, and dives into corners on the highway like a dog after a rabbit. Off road they scrabble for grip more than the KOs and Dick Cepeks, and the tread suffers under these conditions. Tread wear is abysmal, with chunks coming off the tyres less than 1000kms after fitting, and really bad rounding at the edges. Having a set of 6 tyres, in rotating them as usual, two of them are on their last legs after only 30,000 km, so this is very trying on the changeover and the wallet. Definitely not a good choice!!!
