These tyres came with the vehicle. They were very noisy when new. Ride was terrible on recommended tyre pressures. Have actually improved as they started to wear. Will struggle to make it to 40,000 K's before they are completely bald. Currently at 37,000 they have a grainy appearance all over the tread surface, which is quite concerning. Looking at the cost of replacement, they are not worth the price. A soft compound Hankook tyre on our other vehicle, still look brand new after 40,000 K's. Both our cars have annual wheel alignment and balancing done by a trusted professional tyre dealer.

I’ve just replaced the Conti’s which lasted a good distance, more than most from what I’ve read. They were OE on my Audi S3, and started to get noisy from 40000kms being Conti’s characteristic. When new they performed really well in wet, and very well in the dry. I replaced these with P Zero PZ4 (ao), which have better and more stable cornering stability, but feel heavy and make my car slightly sluggish, with the Conti’s they were more comfortable, slightly quieter (when new), and the car was much more nimble on its feet. Pirelli’s are very good with great performance, but for my S3, the Conti’s are a better choice. Could rim size play a part of this decision too? Not sure. Audi’s come with the P Zeros OE more often now with rim size 19”, but for my car I prefer the Conti’s.

Overall I have been happy with my Continental ContiSportContact tyres. Tyre wear has been relatively high and they will require replacement very shortly, but this is understandable for a performance tyre. These tyres hold the road well at all speeds however I am particularly satisfied with the tyre performance at highway speeds. They have also proven themselves in wet conditions, including the occasional highway driving during a heavy downpour. I have had to make one emergency stop and was very pleased with the stopping power the Continentals provided. These are the only tyres I have had fitted to this vehicle, and will very shortly be looking for replacements. Value for money is important, but I will also be analysing reviews to ensure quality is not forsaken in the pursuit of saving money.

They were fitted from factory but find the tyre wear to be a little excessive despite checking pressures and rotating. They were good for road noise and wet weather driving was good.

Garbage. 22000km and nearly completely bald. Continental have told me I'm lucky to have got more than 15000 km out of a set. For expensive tyres, this is completely unacceptable. Definitely will be showing continental tyres from now on.

I have been very impressed with these tyres. It has reduced road noise compared to previous tyres. The steering is comfortable. Love them. Would absolutely purchase these tyres again.
