Have had Continental tyres on 4WD's & passenger cars in the past and they would wear out faster than a rotting banana in the sun.These Continental Cross Contact RX have not only been good, they are bordering on exceptional!I'd be flat out getting 40,000Kms out of a Kumho or a Hankook, but these things are literally at the half way mark in the tread after 70,000Kms (9mm new and 4mm after 70K)The road noise is 6 Db less than the factory fitted Bridgestones for the vehicle.Dry handling is obvious to the driver and wet handling is only just becoming noticeable on the limits of the vehicle performance at half life.The UTQG rating is great at 480.These Continental's have not only re inspired me again with the brand, but I may well look back at other tyres Continental have on offer in the future.
