Decided to get these as they're of a reputable brand & were somewhat in the middle ground in terms of pricing. Not much info online available 3 years ago when I got them, so it was a stab in the dark based on brand recognition. I drive 80% of the time on urban roads, with weekly long drives outside the CBD (Dandenong Ranges, Yarra Valley, Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, etc) for work - and these tyres have stood up well in both asphalt & gravel roads, both in the dry & wet.On well paved roads ride comfort is definitely above average, but it gets a little noisy on lesser roads. The only slightly negative experience I've had is now, at the 3 year / 45k mark, with tyres reaching recommended replacement levels of thread wear. Also discovered one of the tyres (rear passenger) is damaged (deflates about 5-10 psi a day) with suspected side-wall damage. So not the most durable tyre out there, but overall decent value for money.

These replaced a set of Conti UC6 tyres, at 71K kms, which were chosen for their quiet character and excellent value. The vehicle is punted along our regional roads, both tarred and gravel, with no dramas. Highway driving, also, is remarkably quiet and the main reason for the purchase. Towing traction and handling are well above average.I’m now deciding if they will work as well on our new ‘24 Outback XT.

A safe tyre but not as firm around corners as I would like. Grip in wet & dry are excellent with comfort being very good as well for a 17" on the patriot which has 16" as standard. Sidewall flex is a little more than I would like but the rise is comfortable so is good for its purpose.

These tyres are significantly quieter than the original Bridgestone Duellers. They have very good grip on the corners - better than the Bridgestones. They seem very good in the wet but I haven't driven them in any difficult situations yet.
