Great tyre. Soft compound grips well on the road in all conditions and doesn’t chip on the dirt. Good puncture resistance. Have had one puncture with a sharp rock in the Kimberly. The same trip I had 4 punchers with my bridgestones on the trailer. The tread pattern clears mud well. Quiet on the road initially but now they are wearing down are starting to drone over 90kph. Some 50000km so far and there is probably another 10 to 20k left in them. Will buy again.

These tyres were nice and quiet on road when new, but after around 20000 they absolutely roar. Needed to be rotated every couple of thousand k's just to keep the noise bearable. They are decent off road as any semi aggressive mud terrain should be but not worth the trade off for the poor wet road performance and road noise. I got 50,00k's out of them, so not too bad for durability but I absolutely hated them towards the end.

Amazing grip, very low levels of noise until it reached 90,000 km, excellent value for the product. Definitely will buy them again ... and if possible, again and again.

Every 4X4 needs a great pair of boots (tyres) and the Hankook Dynapro MT have not let me down for nearly over 5 years - in fact im on my 3rd pair!! As i drive extreme 4X4 tracks all over the country - i need a reliable and versatile set of boots on my 4x4 to get me out of trouble when required in the remotest of places. They have proved the worth over and over again where other vehicles with different tyres get stuck.. Want a tyre that will give you piece of mind in the remote outback or in cape york - these wont let you down!!

These tyres have been great. Unfortunately poor wheel alignment has meant they have scolloped bad, unfortunately not picked up early enough! The two less effected tyres still have about 50% tread left. If rotated properly these tyres could of gotten 90,000kms I believe. They are great on the road, never have they felt slippery and feel a lot better than the factory Duellers. My tyres are noisey, however have uneven wear. My two rears which are nearing unroadworthiness are started to chip a bit on the last off road trip. However they were punished hard on sharp rocks. No punctures ever. Great tyre.

Awesome mud tyre. Perform really well in the soft dirt and mud. I have had two flats out in the bush, one some blue metal gravel pierced the tyr in between the tread - that was repaired at a tyre shop. The second was a side wall tear, tyre went in the bin.

I bought these when they were the cheapest MT tyres available. Too be honest I expected them to be nasty and noisy. I think in the years since the massive price increase for these have shown just how wrong I was. They were significantly quieter than the all terrains I had before them, and im not kidding but there was zero road howl or noise. They aired down easily, on a trip with 4 other vehicles the Landcruiser found traction everywhere the others got stuck. Even in soft sand the Dynapros bagged out so well it just refused to slip and dig in. Drove from Sydney to Perth, all highway without any issues. Wet traction wasn't an issue and I purposely push my cars in the wet to try find their characteristics. No understeer around roundabouts, and you'd know if it would because you would have to be doing some insane speeds to get them to slip. Lots of big sharp rocky gravel roads. Not the smooth little pebble gravel roads but roads where they basically crush up two fist sized pieces of razor rock and scatter it on the dirt. I was really waiting for a puncture or four, didn't air down and I clenched as I'd see a spear too late to avoid and we'd roll over it weighing 3 tonnes at 70kph. Expecting to find cut up and shredded tyres I was shocked that not even q single cut mark was left. I sold the car having 30,000ks with the Dynapros. Most people over exaggerate when they say tyres look near new but, even the new owner asked if I just bought them. They looked like 98% of the tread was still there. Wore so evenly. Of course nowadays you'd expect all that because they are pretty much on par price wise with the best.

I bought the Dynapro's as a pure weekend tyre on their own set of wheels. Chose them above all others from good user reviews, and a big US 4x4 website review that placed them 1st in a mud tyre shootout. I have not been disappointed. I've at least kept up with mates on 33's or been the only one who's made it through bogs that stuck everyone else. They pull through soft tracks with ease and the tread clears easily. The compound seems on the softer side, so they grab really well and don't chip or damage on rock. On the down side, they have no siping, so they're average, not great on wet bitumen. Do as expected on dry bitumen and are very capable and stable on gravel. The zig zag pattern really pulls laterally across the tyre contact patch and fill you with confidence. Noise is about average for a mud tyre. I wouldn't choose them as a daily driver, but they are probably one of the most underrated mud tyres, especially in the wet. Definately one of the best vaule for money muddies on the market.

I have run 2 sets of these tyres fir the last 80000 kilometers, they have been good on the sand at fraser Island and rainbow beach at 16psi through to the clay around the coffs harbour hinterland, i cannot fault the wet road grip in South East qld during storm season, they tend to get a little loud as they age and wear, all in all a good all round Mud tyre, they could do with an upgrade with siping of the tread block for better wet weather traction
