As they wore down road noise increases. They are predictable but trustworthy if you know their limits. Great wear. I got better fuel economy than the Bridgestones fitted previously. A little more roll as they are a bit stiffer. I got them because I drive on gravel a bit and I needed to trust my tyres.

Good in wet and dry but my car is awd after all but I push it hard, the stability control only activates with silly driving.

Great tyre. Really happy. Many highway and mountain kilometres. Never pushed them to the grip limit and they hang on for my needs.

Occasionally they do have a bit of slipping when the roads are wet although it is extremely easy to control if you drive sensibly. This is only on take off from a set of lights if your foot slips a little too far onto the accelerator. The tyres have held in extremely well considering how the car has been driven, I have had the car with the tyres for about 3000kms however; the tyres have been on the car for a lot longer than I've owned it for and they're still going strong. I have never had an issue with the tyres in the dry even though their tread is starting to get a bit worn down. During hard take offs and hard stops, the tyres held in and have never dissapointed me.

Coming from two sets of highly regarded Michelin's prior, I was unsure what to expect from the Ventus S1 Noble 2's being more affordable than my previous sets. These tyres are competitively priced for a name brand on 17" and they totally transformed the car coming off Michelin Primacy 3 STs. Immediately it was apparent how much smoother and quieter the car drove whilst having better steering feedback. Over 70,000km of driving on these tyres, dry weather grip is fantastic and predictable. Wet weather grip is great under braking but can be lacking under heavy acceleration being on a V6 front wheel drive. As an all season tyre, its hard to upset them whether it be wet or dry, sealed or gravel. These tyres are fantastic and are well worth considering over pricier offerings.

Great tyre for the money. No fuel saving features but ride and grip well. Have had lots of heavy rain to use them in. No issues. Chews through the heavy stuff, has no issue with damp roads either. I gather dry is good. Don't drive hard but have had no issues. They work best with much higher pressure. I'm running them at 38 and they ride and perform so much better than at 32.
