good sporty tyres for some light spirited driving. however, the outside edges wear faster than the rest of the tyre, making the car lose a lot of cornering performance even when the tyres wear indicators show plenty of middle tread left. this doesn't affect dry and wet longitudinal grip. so acceleration/braking performance are still ok 8,000km after the edges went a bit bald. overall good tyres if you can find them for at least 20% off.

I can't really comment on the mileage, though I've had pirellis before on this car and they were good. Dry performance is good, but any tyre performs well in the dry. Wet performance is very good. They hold on well, and when they let go it is quite progressive and easy to recover. I would highly recommend these cars. Make sure you have a good wheel alignment and rotate often as the fronts will scrub out if you drive like an idiot (eg: me)

A bit of slip in dry conditions with AWD but in the wet it is scary. Wet polished concrete carparks are deadly and braking will set you sliding. I went from Toyo Proxima sports to these Cinturato P1 Plus and the grip difference is night and day. Big disappointment from Pirrelli. May need to change tyres before they wear out.

Used these tyres on mountain roads, at rather high speed and they grip super well but after about a few weeks of hard driving they become pretty sketchy.

Pirelli must be one of the best car tyres brands in Australia. I tried many other brands but got disappointed when driving on wet roads. The Cinturato P7 made a difference and they are really premium tyres that are worth the money you spend! Comfy, excellent grip on wet road and long tread life.

Not the most responsive tyres, tread wear was poor. Kuhmo tyres on my previous car performed better and lasted longer.

Been driving in these tyres now for about 20,000 km and close to 2 years. First of all the dry group is fantastic and is more than suitable for every day driving. Dynamically not as good as the Michelin pilot sport 4 but the comfort that this tyre gives you more than pays back for the slight difference in grip level and driving engagement. The wet performance is fantastic, I have driven on the motorway at 120 km/h in very heavy rain and was not worried about aquaplaning at all !! NVH is a strong point for this tyre so anyone looking for more comfort and very low road noise on 18inch rims and above I would recommend strongly !! And last of all wear. Or lack there of. After 20,000km still looking pretty much like new and on a front wheel drive car there’s basically no difference in wear in the back or front so hats off to Pirelli.

If you want a long lasting tyre & don't mind sacrificing performance the Centurato P7's will do the trick. Went from Michelin Pilot Sport 4's to these and immediately noticed the reduction in grip although on the flip the lasted 45000 kms of spirited driving vs only 25000 out of the PS4's. They are surprisingly very good in the wet (as long as you are not speeding) they are a slightly harder rubber so the treadwear is exceptional. For a standard non performance car I would definably buy them. Good value for a trusted name Pirelli.

We bought the car second hand with these tyres on them and they were pretty much new by the looks of it. Wear has been very even and certainly not excessive. Only now start to consider getting new ones again as the only hint was an oily roundabout in rain I could feel a marginal slip and the tread check is 1mm from flat and Ford reminded us at service. Never had a scary moment with these tyres, and I estimate they are close to 50k km old in 3yrs. Very happy considering the 1600kg kerb-weight of the car.
