These tyres are rubbish after 6-12 months. Road noise is unbearable and comfort is ridiculous. Great at the beginning but went to s$&@ not long after.

After just 10,000km I have a loud rotational noise at all speeds. Tyre retailer (after inspection and driving the car) tells me that the tyres have gone "lumpy". That's tyre guy talk for "elliptical and no longer round". I feel like I'm driving the F@## Flinstones car! Tyre guy is talking Pirelli about a "no cost" replacement of the entire set. I knew I should have trusted my gut and gone with Michelin or Bridgestone. I just knew it.

Good for dry grip and tread wear life but horrible for noise, comfort or any sort of refinement.

I enjoy going for spirited drives through the mountainous roads in the Yarra Valley and Great Alpine regions and have recently had the opportunity to test out my new set of Pirelli Dragonsports. As Melbourne has very unpredictable weather, it is important for tyres to perform well in all sorts of road conditions and I can definitely say that I have been able to increase my confidence with taking windy roads in not only dry but also wet conditions. These tyres have performed extremely well for me, especially compared to my previous set of Dunlop Sport FM800 tyres which struggled more in wet weather.

Replaced my standard Yokohama tyres with Pirelli Dragon Sport 19/245/35 tyres as they were on special plus had an amazing tread wear rating of 400 which is unheard of for a high performance tyre. Was looking at Michelins, Bridgestones etc however the tread wear rating were very low being 240 to 300. Grips as well as my Yokohama’s and love the wider deeper rim protector on the side walls. Never had Pirellis until now. So good so far I even got Pirelli scorpion all terrain plus tyres on my wife’s Prado. Can’t give a review on wet grip as my WRX STI never goes out in the rain.

Swapped out the wheels and tyres on my 2010 Subaru Legacy GT. Initially was going to buy Toyo Proxes Sports, but found there were a decent number of negative reviews. I couldn't resist trying these out in 235/45R17. Really enjoying them so far! Good ride comfort, seems to have good grip and appears to handle well in wet. Will be updating the review after I've really broken in the tyres, but so far so good!
